What if I have questions about your products?

How will I know that you've received my order?

Once items have been ordered, a confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An e-mail version of this summary will be sent promptly, provided that we have an accurate e-mail address. We’ll send subsequent notification when your product ships, including tracking information (if available).

What happens if a product is out of stock?

Orders can take up to 4-6 weeks to fill if products are not in stock. If a product is not in stock, we will email you with an estimated arrival date

How do I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled with no additional charge as long as the order has not been shipped. To cancel an order, please send an e-mail to info@parisianhomestyle.com and include your name and confirmation number.

Do I pay sales tax?

We will collect sales tax on all purchases sent within the state of California.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

When is my credit card charged?

Your card is charged when the order is shipped.

What is your return policy?

Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damages, we will replace damaged items promptly. Drapes, pillows and trimmings can be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods; return with original packaging. Fabric by the yard is non-returnable due to the custom cut order.

How do I return something to you?

Item must be in original condition and packaging. If the item is defective, we will arrange to have the merchandise picked up from you by UPS. If you are returning it for some other reason, you will need to pay the cost of shipping back to us. Include packing slip. Returns should be sent to:

What is your shipping procedure?

We offer FREE shipping. This only applies to standard shipping within the United States. All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of orders placed before 12 noon PST, Monday thru Friday. Orders will ship via UPS Ground from Los Angeles, CA. Please Contact Us if you require a rush order or shipping outside the U.S.
